We represent individual fiduciaries, beneficiaries and heirs in contested probate proceedings, including will contests, contested accountings and proceedings to remove fiduciaries. We defend fiduciaries when a beneficiary has challenged the manner in which they have executed their duties and protect beneficiaries’ rights from the acts or omissions of negligent fiduciaries.
