Beyza Killeen
Counsel
At the heart of Beyza’s legal practice is a commitment to clear, open, and compassionate communication. Beyza understands that helping clients navigate sensitive legal matters – such as administering an estate while grieving the loss of a loved one – requires the ability to listen and offer guidance in a way that allows clients to play a meaningful role in the process.
Beyza Killeen is counsel to Rivkin Radler’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group, where she represents clients in all phases of estate planning and estate administration.
Beyza advises clients in planning for the efficient transfer of assets, both during life and after death, to avoid unnecessary taxation, conflict, and litigation. She provides personalized, compassionate, and thoughtful guidance to meet the unique goals and circumstances of each client. This includes the drafting of wills, trusts, and advance directives.
Beyza also assists fiduciaries and beneficiaries through the various aspects of administering an estate or trust, including the marshaling and valuation of assets, preparation of estate tax and fiduciary income tax returns, and settlement of fiduciary accountings.
Prior to joining the firm, Beyza served as counsel at a boutique law firm where she practiced trusts and estates exclusively.
