Barry Levy, managing partner of Rivkin Radler, is pleased to announce that Alicia Bartkowski has joined the firm as counsel, and John Accursio, Mariah Almonte, Patricia Patlewicz, and Katherine Pedlow have joined the firm as associates.

Alicia Bartkowski of Oceanside, NY, has joined the Trusts & Estates practice group in the firm’s Uniondale office. She focuses her practice on Surrogate’s Court litigation, fiduciary litigation, and guardianship matters. Alicia earned her J.D. from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.

John Accursio of Brooklyn, NY, has joined the Trusts & Estates practice group in the firm’s New York City office. He represents clients in complex federal, state, and local tax controversies; sophisticated tax planning matters; and domestic and cross‑border transactions for high‑net‑worth individuals, closely held businesses, and foreign and domestic entities. John earned his J.D. from George Washington University Law School.

Mariah Almonte of Brooklyn, NY, has joined the Insurance Coverage practice group in the firm’s New York City office. She has experience representing international insurance companies in a variety of complex coverage disputes. Mariah earned her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law.

Patricia Patlewicz, of Garfield, NJ, has joined the Elder Law and Trusts & Estates practice groups in the firm’s Hackensack office, where she focuses on guardianships, estate litigation, and estate administration. Patricia earned her J.D. from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.

Katherine Pedlow, of Floral Park, NY, has joined the Insurance Fraud & Recovery practice group in the firm’s Uniondale office. She previously served as an assistant district attorney in Queens County. Katherine earned her J.D. from Albany Law School.
