David Lobl’s practice focuses on real estate transactions. His clients include buyers, sellers, owners and tenants of residential and commercial properties including condominiums and cooperative apartments.

David has been involved in a broad range of real estate transactions, including the sale of a Long Island motel and its real estate; sales of commercial premises in Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island City; leases for office, restaurant and commercial space; commercial and residential loans; and an acquisition of a retail and office complex.

David also represents clients in a broad range of business, commercial and personal matters. He advises clients on the formation and ongoing business operations of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. His experience encompasses shareholder and partnership agreements, purchase and sale agreements and redemption agreements. He counseled on a merger of two religious corporations and the sales and leasing of the resulting entity’s real property. In addition, David represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in probate and administration proceedings including contested proceedings.

Earlier in his career, David litigated commercial, corporate and securities-related cases before state and federal courts, work which included significant motion practice.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, David worked for several firms where he was engaged in the general practice of law.
