Rivkin Radler Welcomes 3 Attorneys

Barry Levy, managing partner of Rivkin Radler, is pleased to announce that Samantha N. Tomey has joined the firm as counsel, and Benedetto Faulisi and Rebecca Lundgren have joined the firm as associates.

Samantha N. Tomey has joined the Labor & Employment practice group in the firm’s Uniondale office. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling. Samantha earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law.

Benedetto Faulisi has joined the Tax and Trusts & Estates practice groups in the firm’s Uniondale office. He focuses his practice on providing sophisticated tax planning and advisory solutions for businesses, high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices. Ben earned his J.D. from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.

Rebecca Lundgren has joined the Professional Liability practice group in the firm’s Hackensack office. She previously served two consecutive clerkships with the Honorable Lisa Perez Friscia in the New Jersey Superior Court. Rebecca earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School.
