OSHA

Our attorneys guide clients as they confront Occupational Safety and Health Act (“OSHA”) compliance. We assist with inspections, citations, audits, training, and work safety issues. The firm’s Employment & Labor Practice Group attorneys represent clients before local OSHA agencies and courts. Through our efforts, clients often obtain dismissals of violations (both on jurisdictional and procedural grounds), reductions of penalties and reduction and removals of citations. Our attorneys provide insightful guidance to clients on issues involving personal protective equipment (“PPE”), hazard communication programs, lock out/tag out and injury logs.
