NLRB Elections & Unfair Labor Practices
Many of our partners have more than 20 years of experience representing clients on labor law issues. Our representations include advising, counseling and litigating. We regularly appear in courts, National Labor Relations Board proceedings, and arbitrations.
We have served as counsel in many National Labor Relations Board proceedings involving a wide array of issues, including election petitions, representational petitions, unit clarification petitions and unfair labor practice charges. Rivkin Radler’s Employment & Labor Practice Group attorneys regularly represent clients and handles disputes that arise under collective bargaining agreements through the grievance and arbitration proceedings.
We represent clients in many labor disputes involving strikes, picketing, secondary boycotts, and unfair labor practice charges.
