Rivkin Radler Welcomes 5 New Attorneys

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, is pleased to announce that Andrew Buonincontri, Robert Fogarty, Caitlyn Gibbons, Gloria J. Medina, and Cristina Paneque have joined the firm as Associates.

Andrew Buonincontri, of Franklin Square, NY has joined the firm as an Associate in the Insurance Fraud Practice Group in the Uniondale office. Andrew helps insurers prosecute civil lawsuits under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, including affirmative actions to recover insurer claim payments to physicians, medical clinics, attorneys, public adjusters, and others involved in complex, large-scale insurance fraud schemes. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Andrew worked at a Manhattan-based law firm and earned his Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Robert Fogarty, of Brooklyn, NY has joined the firm as an Associate in the Insurance Fraud Practice Group, in the Uniondale office. He focuses on no-fault insurance fraud-related matters. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Robert was an Assistant District Attorney at the Queens County District Attorney’s Office. He managed a felony caseload consisting of attempted murder, robbery, burglary, grand larceny, and felony drug and weapons possession-related offenses. Robert earned his Juris Doctor from Touro Law Center.

Caitlyn Gibbons, of Massapequa Park, NY has joined the firm as an Associate in the Employment and Labor practice group in the Uniondale Office. Caitlyn has experience drafting employment and separation agreements, as well as protective agreements containing restrictive covenants. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Caitlyn was an associate at a Garden City based law firm and earned her Juris Doctor from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.

Gloria Medina, of New York City, has joined the firm as an Associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group, in the New York City office. Before becoming an associate, Medina was a Law Clerk at Rivkin Radler and earned her Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Cristina Paneque, of New York City, has joined the firm as an Associate in the Insurance Coverage Practice Group in the New York City office. Cristina has experience litigating cases in both federal and state courts. She currently serves on the NYSBA Committee on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Prior to joining the firm, Cristina concentrated her practice on securities litigation at a Plaintiff’s side firm in New York City and attended Boston College Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctor.
