John J. Robertelli represents clients in complex litigation.

John’s areas of practice include automotive liability, insurance coverage litigation, professional liability, products liability, construction site and premises liability, and employment-related litigation.

An experienced litigator, John defends public entities and employers in wrongful death actions, cases involving significant property damage or catastrophic injuries, and in employment-related matters involving civil rights and constitutional claims. Insurance companies also call on John to conduct special fraud investigations on their behalf.

John also has briefed and argued dozens of appeals before the New Jersey Appellate Division and the New Jersey Supreme Court that have resulted in published opinions on insurance defense issues and public entity liability.

John has been named a 2016 Top Rated Lawyer in Insurance Law by American Lawyer Media. He is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association.
