Rivkin Radler Welcomes 5 Attorneys
May 6, 2025 | | |Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler, is pleased to announce that Beyza Killeen has joined the firm as counsel, and Brendan Dakin, Gabrielle Fromer, Louis Iturra, and Rawson Jahan have joined the firm as associates.
Beyza Killeen, of Levittown, NY, has joined the Trusts & Estates Group in the firm’s Uniondale office, where she represents clients in all phases of estate planning and estate administration. Prior to joining the firm, Beyza served as counsel at a boutique law firm where she practiced trusts and estates exclusively. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
Brendan Dakin, of New York, NY, has joined the Construction Group in the firm’s New York City office. He has experience representing owners, developers, contractors, and suppliers in various dispute resolution forums. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Brendan worked for a boutique construction law firm, where he litigated breach of contract disputes and construction defect actions. He earned his Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac Law School.
Gabrielle Fromer, of New York, NY, has joined the Construction Group in the firm’s New York City office. She represents the interests of major real estate owners, developers, contractors, and condominium and cooperative boards in complex commercial business disputes, construction, and real property litigation. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Gabrielle was a litigation associate at a mid-sized New York law firm where her practice focused on commercial litigation and real estate disputes. She earned her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.
Louis Iturra, of Jacksonville, FL, has joined the Insurance Fraud Group in the firm’s Jacksonville office, where he defends insurers in complex coverage litigation. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Louis practiced at a large multi-state firm where he defended insurance companies and insureds in bodily injury and property claims, as well as individuals in complex commercial litigation matters. He earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Notre Dame Law School.
Rawson Jahan, of Jackson Heights, NY, has joined the Insurance Fraud Group in the firm’s Uniondale office. Prior to joining the firm, Rawson served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel at the New York City Law Department’s Tort Division, where she independently managed a high-volume caseload and handled all stages of pre-trial litigation. She earned her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law.
