Rivkin Radler Welcomes 6 Attorneys

UNIONDALE, NY – Barry Levy, managing partner of Rivkin Radler, is pleased to announce that Lauren Moskowitz, Rachel Propis, and Christopher Spinosa have joined the firm as associates, and Stephanie Besen, Alice Hollocher, Alexa Miller have joined the firm as associates pending admission.

Lauren Moskowitz has joined the Banking Practice Group in the firm’s Uniondale office. With over 10 years of experience as a commercial lending attorney, Lauren represents numerous banks, lending institutions, and SBA lenders in negotiating, structuring, and closing all forms of commercial loan transactions. She earned her J.D. from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.

Rachel Propis has joined the Surety and Construction Practice Groups in the firm’s Uniondale office. Rachel gained experience serving as an assistant district attorney in Bronx County where she managed her own caseload, made strategic case decisions, and regularly appeared in court. She earned her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.

Christopher Spinosa has joined the Insurance Coverage Practice Group in the firm’s Uniondale office. Christopher gained experience as a senior court attorney with the New York State Court of Appeals. He earned his J.D. from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.

Stephanie Besen has joined the Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the firm’s Uniondale office. She previously interned in the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of New York under Judge Azrack. Stephanie earned her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law.

Alice Hollocher has joined the Commercial Litigation and Health Services Practice Groups in the firm’s Albany office. Alice gained experience through the New York eHealth Collaborative and Albany Law School’s Health Law Clinic. She earned her J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University.

Alexa Miller has joined the Corporate Practice Group in the firm’s Uniondale office. She gained experience serving as a legal intern for the Filmmakers Legal Clinic directed by Michelle Greenberg-Kobrin at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she worked on legal matters involving the film and entertainment industries. Alexa earned her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
