A seasoned litigator, Gabrielle represents clients in high-stakes real estate and commercial disputes with strategic precision and a practical, results-oriented approach. Drawing on her background as a former prosecutor, Gabrielle brings a confident courtroom presence and sharp analytical skills to each matter she handles.
Gabrielle Fromer is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s Commercial Litigation, Construction, and Real Estate Practice Groups. She is dedicated to representing the interests of major real estate owners, developers, contractors, and condominium and cooperative boards in complex commercial business disputes, construction, and real property litigation.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Gabrielle was a litigation associate at a midsize New York law firm where her practice focused on commercial litigation and real estate disputes.
Gabrielle began her career as an assistant district attorney in the Trial Division of the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office.
While in law school, Gabrielle served as a judicial intern for U.S. Magistrate Judge Kevin Nathaniel Fox of the Southern District of New York, a student defense attorney in Georgetown’s Criminal Justice Clinic, and as a senior editor of the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law.
In her spare time, Gabrielle enjoys playing tennis. She never misses the U.S. Open tennis tournament.
