Gabrielle Fromer is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s Commercial Litigation, Construction, and Real Estate Practice Groups. She is dedicated to representing the interests of major real estate owners, developers, contractors, and condominium and cooperative boards in complex commercial business disputes, construction, and real property litigation.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Gabrielle was a litigation associate at a mid-sized New York law firm where her practice focused on commercial litigation and real estate disputes.

Gabrielle began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Trial Division of the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office.

While in law school, Gabrielle served as a judicial intern for United States Magistrate Judge Kevin Nathaniel Fox of the Southern District of New York, a student defense attorney in Georgetown’s Criminal Justice Clinic, and as a Senior Editor of the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law.

Gabrielle was named as a New York Metro Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2023 and 2024.

In her spare time, Gabrielle enjoys playing tennis (she never misses the U.S. Open tennis matches), and serves as a member of the Advisory Committee to The Door, a youth services organization.
