Brendan Dakin is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s Construction and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups. He has experience representing a wide variety of businesses in commercial disputes. In particular, he represents real estate lenders, owners, developers, contractors, and suppliers in various dispute resolution forums. Brendan has obtained favorable results for his clients in litigation, arbitration, and mediation.

Brendan has extensive experience representing lenders in note and foreclosure litigation, from inception through sale. He uses his familiarity with various types of loan documents and litigation skills to enforce loan documents and counsel lenders.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Brendan worked for a boutique construction law firm, where he litigated breach of contract disputes and construction defect actions. He also developed a strong understanding of the body of law governing liens, as well as a strong understanding of professional design work and construction trades.
