Sheinberg to Present CLE Program for NYSBA

Wendy Sheinberg will present, “Essential Planning and Protection for the Disabled Beneficiary,” in conjunction with the New York State Bar Association.

Offered virtually October 12 from 9 am to 12:45 pm, this program will focus on essential estate planning considerations for beneficiaries who are disabled by reason of intellectual or developmental disability. The program, for which attendees can receive 4 Continuing Legal Education credits in Professional Practice, will provide practical tips and best practices for estate planning attorneys who work with disabled beneficiaries. Attendees will receive practical, behind the scenes insight from active jurists.
