The client utilized 1031 exchange funds to acquire the property. The transaction included a short term lease back to the seller.

Yaron Kornblum, Marie Landsman, Walter Gumersell and Daniel Erhlich represented 2825-2855 SRCTD Office LLC in the acquisition and finance of commercial property located in Coral Springs, Florida. The purchase price was $10.5 million and was financed by a loan given by Avatar Capital Finance, LLC. The transaction included heavily negotiated operating and management agreements with multi-member investors.

Marie Landsman represented Albert Kemperle Inc. in the acquisition of industrial property located in Byron, Georgia for a purchase price of $600,000.
