He represents clients in purchase and sale, financing and leasing transactions.  His clients include real estate investors, as well as retail business owners in the New York metropolitan area.

Daniel drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements. He also reviews and advises clients on due diligence.

His experience includes representing borrowers in sophisticated real estate finance transactions, including mezzanine financing, and construction financing. He has represented landlords and tenants in sophisticated store, warehouse and office leasing transactions. He has also drafted and negotiated commercial real estate leases (office, retail and shopping center), subleases, loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, licensing agreements, tenant estoppels, subordination and non-disturbance agreements, brokerage agreements, and other real estate transaction documents.

He holds a CPA license.
