She represents investors in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties located throughout the United States. Her transactional experience includes negotiating and closing complex real estate transactions on behalf of sellers and purchasers, including the purchase, sale, finance, and development of a variety of commercial properties including office buildings, shopping centers, theaters, medical, retail, and industrial properties.
Marie advises landlords and tenants in all aspects of leasing for various types of properties including office, retail, medical, restaurants, cafés, theaters, warehouses, television studios, and antenna towers.
