On March 31, Ron Kornblum represented six tenant-in-common entities in the refinanced, multi-unit luxury apartment complex called Annandale Gardens, located at 10862 Nichols Blvd., Olive Branch, MS, with a $42.15 million loan from Capital One.

On March 21, Ron Kornblum, Marie Landsman and Amy Silver represented the purchaser with a triple-net-lease tenant at 2200 Smithtown Ave., Ronkonkoma, NY, for a purchase price of $3.55 million with $2.3 million in financing from Flushing Bank.

On March 3, Ron Kornblum and Marie Landsman represented a purchaser – eight tenant-in-common entities – in the acquisition of a multi-unit luxury apartment complex called Zachary Parkside Apartments, located in Zachary, East Baton Rouge, LA, for a purchase price of $60 million. The purchase was financed utilizing 1031 tax-free exchange funds and a $5 million loan from Capital One.
