On August 13, Michael Cannata and Frank Misiti will present on a New York Intellectual Property Law Association panel.

The panelists will analyze the Supreme Court’s decision in U.S. Patent and Trademark Office v. Booking.com B.V., dealing with the registrability and protectability of “generic.com” trademarks, and the potential impact of the Booking.com decision going forward.
