Rivkin Radler Welcomes New Attorney
September 10, 2020Albany, New York – September 2020 – Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Adam J. Augustyn has joined the firm as an Associate.
Adam J. Augustyn has joined the firm’s Insurance Coverage practice group. Augustyn represents and advises insurers in a variety of first-party property insurance coverage disputes and litigation matters, including extra-contractual litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Augustyn served as a law clerk at the New York Court of Appeals. In this capacity, he prepared comprehensive reports for the Judges of the Court that analyzed the relevant statutes, regulations, and case law, and recommended whether to grant, deny, or dismiss leave in civil motions for leave to appeal. He also drafted memorandum opinions for civil appeals selected for sua sponte merits disposition, an alternative procedure.
