Rivkin Radler Attorneys Named Bergen’s Top Lawyers for 2020

Rivkin Radler LLP is pleased to announce that Brian R. Ade and Nancy A. Del Pizzo have been named two of Bergen’s Top Lawyers for 2020 by Bergen Magazine.

The Bergen’s Top Lawyers list is based on a peer-reviewed survey conducted by Professional Research Services of Troy, Mich. The survey was sent to lawyers and members of the judiciary in Bergen County.  Each nominee was evaluated on the basis of the survey results, the legitimacy of their license and their current standing with the State Bar of New Jersey.

Brian is a partner in the Commercial Litigation, Complex Torts & Product Liability and Insurance Coverage practice groups. He handles complex civil and commercial disputes. He dedicates a substantial portion of his legal practice to cases involving construction defects, product liability, toxic tort and long-tail litigation, environmental contamination, professional liability and insurance coverage. Brian has defended companies and individuals in connection with claims relating to hazardous chemicals and chemical waste, PCBs, dioxin, lead, silica and asbestos. His clients also include manufacturers and distributors of diverse medical, consumer, commercial and industrial products.

Nancy is a partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation; Intellectual Property; and Privacy, Data & Cyber Law practice groups. She has more than a decade of experience representing clients on intellectual property matters such as trademark, trade dress, copyright and patent infringement, restrictive covenants and domain name disputes, misappropriation of trade secrets and unfair competition, false advertising, defamation and trade libel. She is co-chair of the Internet/Privacy Subcommittee of the American Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Litigation Section.
