Rivkin Radler works extensively with bank clients on complex commercial loans, including Industrial Development Agency, Small Business Administration and other government-assisted loan transactions, and with private clients in real estate development transactions.

We represent lending institutions, private lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured commercial loan transactions. Our attorneys handle the documentation, review, and negotiation of loan and ancillary documents and have experience in both fee and leasehold financing.
