Rivkin Radler Welcomes Two New Attorneys

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Alexander Mech and Alexander Zugaro have joined the firm.

Alexander Mech has joined the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property Groups as an Associate.

Alex represents pharmaceutical and other corporate clients in complex commercial litigations and intellectual property matters such as restrictive covenants, unfair competition, trade secrets, copyright, trademark, and patent cases.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Alex served as an Assistant Prosecutor for the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office where he successfully prosecuted adult and juvenile offenses from investigations, charging, pleas, and trials to sentencing.

Alexander Zugaro has joined the firm’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group as an Associate.

Alex focuses his practice on insurance defense and no-fault insurance fraud matters.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Alex was an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office.
