Antonucci Returns to Rivkin Radler Following Nonprofit Leadership Role

Antonucci has rejoined the firm’s Albany office as a partner in the firm’s Health Services; Compliance, Investigations & White Collar; and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups. He was previously general counsel at Center for Disability Services.
Marc A. Antonucci, of Loudonville, NY, returns to the firm with extensive experience advising health care providers, nonprofit organizations, and closely held businesses on complex, corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters. His practice spans health care, business and commercial transactions, and litigation.
As former general counsel to one of upstate New York’s largest providers of services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, he served as a key advisor to executive leadership and the board of directors, counseling all of the agency’s operating divisions, including its diagnostic and treatment center; nursing home; Article 16 clinic, and residential and day programs under the Office for People With Developmental Disabilities; pre-school and primary education services; research and development center; foundation and endowment; mail fulfillment operations; and supplemental needs pooled trusts.

Marc is an active member of the American Health Law Association, American Bar Association, and New York State Bar Association. He currently serves on the board of trustees of the Fort Orange Club and serves on its audit and membership committees. He has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations, including LIFEPlan CCO NY, and has also held multiple leadership positions with the Center for Disability Services both before and during his tenure as general counsel.
