Rivkin Radler Welcomes 5 Attorneys

Barry Levy, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler, is pleased to announce that K. Greer Kuras has joined the firm as counsel, and Lisa Bonanni, Vanessa Costantino, Mardeline Cruz, and Devin Miller have joined the firm as associates.

Greer Kuras, of Brooklyn, NY, has joined the Real Estate practice group in the firm’s New York City office. For over 10 years, she has represented individual and corporate clients in state, federal, and municipal courts throughout New York, Texas, and elsewhere. She earned her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center.

Lisa Bonanni, of East Islip, NY, has joined the Insurance Coverage practice group in the firm’s Uniondale office. Lisa brings prior experience litigating property coverage claims and has advised insurers on matters involving bad faith claims brought by insureds. She also has prepared and litigated rescission actions based on an insured’s material misrepresentation or fraud. She earned her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law.

Vanessa Costantino, of West Islip, NY, has joined the General Liability practice group in the firm’s Uniondale office. Vanessa has experience defending a broad range of matters, including premises liability, medical malpractice, and construction site accident cases. She earned her J.D. from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.

Mardeline Cruz of Freeport, NY, has joined the Commercial Litigation practice group in the firm’s Uniondale office. Mardeline has experience working on complex commercial matters and has handled cross-border discovery involving foreign jurisdictions, navigated international data privacy and bank-secrecy laws, and contributed to motion strategy and discovery-related applications. She earned her J.D. from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.

Devin Miller, of New York, NY, has joined the Real Estate practice group in the firm’s New York City office. Devin began his career representing various banking institutions. His experience also includes commercial litigation and general liability disputes. He earned his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law.
