Rivkin Radler Welcomes New Associate
January 22, 2018 |Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Michele Rita has joined the firm as an Associate.
Michele Rita, of Westbury, NY, has joined the firm’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group. She focuses her practice on insurance defense and no-fault insurance fraud matters.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Michele was an attorney at a large firm in Manhattan, where she focused her practice on the defense of medical institutions, including major metropolitan hospitals and individual medical providers.
She gained extensive courtroom experience handling complex, high-exposure, medical liability actions as well as general negligence and labor law matters.
