Rivkin Radler Welcomes 3 Attorneys

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, is pleased to announce that Rosemary Harnisher has joined the firm as Counsel, Elan Kirshenbaum has joined the firm as Associate, and Zan Sheikh has joined the firm as Associate.

Rosemary Harnisher, of Wantagh, NY, has joined the Personal, Family & Business Planning Group as Counsel, in the Uniondale office. She advises clients in all aspects of trust and estate planning and administration. She also assists them with creating and implementing sophisticated estate plans designed to fulfill personal goals and transfer wealth in a tax-efficient manner. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Rosemary served as Counsel at a firm in Uniondale, NY. She earned her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law.

Elan Kirshenbaum, of Woodmere, NY, has joined the Insurance Fraud Group as Associate, in the Uniondale office. He focuses on no-fault insurance fraud matters and helps insurers prosecute civil lawsuits under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. He also does insurance defense work. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Elan worked as an associate attorney where he handled general liability, personal injury, and labor law cases. He earned his Juris Doctor from Cardozo School of Law.

Zan Sheikh, of East Norwich, has joined the Insurance Fraud Group as Associate, in the Uniondale office. He focuses his practice on insurance defense and no-fault insurance matters. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Zan was an associate attorney where he represented national insurance carriers and rental car agencies in court and arbitration. He earned his Juris Doctor from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University
