Rivkin Radler Welcomes 3 New Attorneys

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, is pleased to announce that Jericho Cook, Lauren Levine and Claudia Pius have joined the firm as Associates.

Jericho Cook, of Jacksonville, FL has joined the Insurance Fraud Practice Group as an Associate, in the Jacksonville office. He focuses his practice on representing insurance carriers in the defense of personal injury protection claims, class actions, and other issues involving complex insurance litigation. Before joining Rivkin Radler, Jericho was an attorney with an insurance defense firm in Jacksonville, where he represented clients in premises liability, medical malpractice, and automobile negligence cases. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law.

Lauren Levine, of Merrick, NY has joined the Insurance Fraud Practice Group as an Associate, in the Uniondale office where she focuses her practice on insurance defense and no-fault insurance matters. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Lauren interned at multiple personal injury law firms where she handled a variety of motor vehicle, slip and fall, and construction accidents. She earned her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law.

Claudia Pius, of East Setauket, NY has joined the Personal, Family and & Business Planning Practice Group as an Associate, in the Uniondale office. Her practice focuses on various aspects of contested and uncontested Surrogate’s Court matters, including accounting, probate, administration and miscellaneous proceedings. Prior to joining the firm, Claudia was an associate in the Trust and Estates department of a prominent Long Island firm. She earned her Juris Doctor from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
