Rivkin Radler Welcomes Kori M. Clanton

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Kori Clanton has joined the firm as an Associate.

Kori M. Clanton is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Insurance Fraud and Intellectual Property Practice Groups, resident in the Hackensack, NJ office.  Kori enjoys a diverse practice representing corporate clients in both federal and state court in complex commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, restrictive covenants, unfair competition, trade secrets, defamation, copyright, trademark, and patent cases.  Kori also prosecutes and defends civil lawsuits under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, including affirmative actions to recover insurer claim payments to physicians, medical clinics, attorneys, public adjusters, and others involved in complex, large scale insurance fraud schemes.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Kori served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Greta Gooden Brown, J.A.D., of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division and the Passaic Vicinage Family Division.

Kori received her Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University.
