Rivkin Radler Welcomes 3 Attorneys

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler, is pleased to announce that Lauren Mechaly has joined the firm as counsel, and John Ficarra and Marcus Tubin have joined the firm as associates.

Lauren Mechaly, of Paramus, NJ, has joined the Personal, Family & Business Planning Group as counsel in the Hackensack office. She focuses her practice on elder law, special needs planning, estate planning and estate administration. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Mechaly worked as an associate at a New Jersey law firm. She earned her Juris Doctor from Boston University.

John Ficarra, of Shirley, NY, has joined the Personal, Family & Business Planning Group as an associate in the Uniondale office. He specializes in advising clients on various federal, state and local business tax issues. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Ficarra gained experience advising clients on tax issues at a large accounting firm in Manhattan. He earned his Juris Doctor at Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.

Marcus Tubin, of Weehawken, NJ, has joined the Intellectual Property Group as an associate in the Uniondale office. He has extensive experience in pre-trial litigation, including pleadings, fact and expert discovery, dispositive and evidentiary motions, mediation and settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Tubin was a litigator at a New York law firm. He earned his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.
