Lauren Moskowitz (Levine) is an associate in the firm’s Banking Practice Group with over 10 years of experience as a commercial lending attorney.
She represents numerous banks, lending institutions, and SBA lenders in negotiating, structuring, and closing all forms of commercial loan transactions such as commercial mortgage loans, term loans, business acquisition loans, asset-based facilities, and SBA 7a and 504 loan transactions.
Having grown up around a family involved in commercial real estate and working as a commercial lending attorney for her entire career, Lauren brings a strong understanding of the business considerations behind every transaction to her legal practice.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys playing tennis, watching the Knicks, trying new restaurants, going to the beach and spending time with her family.
