Rachel Propis is an associate in the firm’s Surety and Construction Practice Groups.
In May 2025, Rachel graduated from The George Washington University Law School. Prior to law school, Rachel graduated magna cum laude from The George Washington University with a degree in political science and minors in history and psychology.
Rachel gained experience serving as an assistant district attorney in Bronx County where she managed her own caseload, made strategic case decisions, and regularly appeared in court.
While attending George Washington Law, Rachel was a staff member in the Federal Circuit Bar Journal. She founded the Real Estate Law Association and served as the organization’s vice president. Rachel also served as president of the Jewish Law Student Association.
Rachel gained internship experience in the U.S. District Court of New York under Magistrate Judge Anne Y. Shields and the District of Columbia Superior Court under Judge Heidi M. Pasichow.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys traveling and experiencing new places.
