With a passion for art, history, and music, Christopher brings a creative and detail-oriented approach to addressing his clients’ needs. He takes pride in developing thoughtful, collaborative legal strategies that help his clients navigate challenges and achieve their goals.
Christopher Spinosa is an associate in the firm’s Insurance Coverage Group.
Christopher gained experience as a senior court attorney with the New York State Court of Appeals. In that role, he prepared reports for select civil cases appealed as of right and civil motions for leave to appeal (i.e., applications for certiorari)—concisely analyzing complex or novel legal issues, reviewing extensive appellate records, and evaluating the merits of parties’ arguments.
He graduated summa cum laude from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, receiving nine CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. During law school, Christopher served as the editor-in-chief of the Touro Law Review and published two law review articles. He graduated with awards in recognition of providing Exemplary Dedication & Service to the Law Center for Exceptional Contributions to the Touro Law Review, along with Exemplary Contributions to the Growth of the Law Center. In addition, he was the 2024 recipient of the Daniel & Rose Subotnik Distinguished Writing Award and the Suffolk County Bar Association Award for Academic Excellence.
During law school, Christopher interned with the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of New York (EDNY). He also had the privilege of interning with the Hon. James M. Wicks, U.S. Magistrate Judge, EDNY, and with the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, First Department. Additionally, Christopher assisted attorneys in advising school district clients as a summer associate at a top Long Island school/education law firm.
In his spare time, Christopher enjoys playing the alto saxophone, reading historical non-fiction books, and is an active member of the Long Island Curling Club.
