Rivkin Radler Welcomes 3 Attorneys

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler, is pleased to announce that Caitlin Cash, Katherine Jenkins, and Harpreet Singh have joined the firm’s Uniondale office as associates.

Caitlin Cash, of Malverne, NY, has joined the Insurance Fraud Group. She focuses her practice on investigating and prosecuting civil lawsuits in state and federal court, including the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Caitlin was an associate at a midsize law firm, where she focused on insurance defense for general liability and labor law matters. She earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School.

Katherine Jenkins, of Huntington Station, NY, has also joined the Insurance Fraud Group. She focuses her practice on insurance defense and no-fault insurance fraud matters. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Katherine worked at a firm in Carle Place where she represented clients in a wide range of state and federal civil rights and employment matters. She earned her Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Harpreet Singh, of Glen Oaks, NY, has joined the Real Estate, Zoning and Land Use Group. She counsels and represents landlords and tenants in commercial transactions and litigation disputes. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Harpreet practiced at a firm that specialized in landlord/tenant and landlord-associated administrative law. She earned her Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
