Rivkin Attorneys Secure Injunction against Cyber-Squatters
February 19, 2019 |Michael Cannata and Frank Misiti secured a preliminary injunction before Judge Bianco in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York in a cyber-squatting action. The injunction requires defendants to take down certain websites and social media accounts, and prevents defendants from transferring those assets pending the resolution of the action.
