Real Estate Transactions in December

On December 7, 2021, Yaron Kornblum represented our client in securing a Spreader Agreement of four exiting mortgages over four properties containing an aggregate of 123 residential units with four co-borrowers into one mortgage by Greystone Servicing Corporation for a loan amount of $14.38 million.

On December 8, 2021, Yaron Kornblum, Marie Landsman and Daniel Ehrlich represented EE Enterprise Holdings LLC in the acquisition and finance of a multifamily property known as Claremont Villas on Broadway located in Tucson, AZ. The purchase price was $10.56 million and included purchase money financing from the seller in the amount of $8 million.

On December 9, 2021, Yaron Kornblum represented our client’s refinance transaction of five separate properties containing an aggregate of 194 residential units under five separate loans with First Republic Bank totaling loan amounts of $20.6 million.

In December 2021, Yaron Kornblum represented our client in the refinancing of five properties in New York City with an aggregate loan amount of $20.6 million and another client refinancing three properties with an aggregate loan amount of $14.31 million.

In December 2021, Yaron Kornblum, Marie Landsman and Walter Gumersell represented our client in the purchase of a multi-unit apartment complex in Houston, TX, for $53.55 million under eight tenant-in common components. The acquisition was financed by Arbor Realty Sr Inc. with a loan amount of $41.7 million with the use of 1031 tax free exchange funds.
