On November 3, 2021, Yaron  Kornblum and Marie Landsman represented TX VINTAGE LLC in the acquisition of a 150 unit apartment complex in Houston, TX, for a purchase price of $22.5 million. The purchaser obtained financing from Arbor Realty SR Inc for a loan amount of $19.55 million.

On November 18, 2021, Yaron Kornblum and Marie Landsman represented the seller, a tenant in common entity, that sold two properties in Savannah, GA, for a purchase price of $11.15 million, whose proceeds were deposited into 1031 tax free exchange accounts.

On November 23, 2021, Yaron Kornblum and Marie Landsman represented Oceanside Marine Terminals LLC in the acquisition of commercial property located in East Patchogue, NY, for a purchase price of $2.9 million. The transaction involved the resolution of an access issue and negotiation of a license agreement pursuant to which the seller will occupy a portion of the property for a period of 12 months following the closing. The client utilized 1031 exchange funds from the sale of its property in Island Park to acquire this property.
