Real Estate Group Handles Multiple Transactions in September

Louis D’Amaro and Ron Kornblum represented the manager of large, residential apartment complexes in New York City in negotiating a broadband communications marketing agreement granting a distributer the exclusive right to market and provide cable televisions and wireless services to residential customers.

Ron Kornblum and Marie Landsman represented nine tenant in common entities in the acquisition and finance of multifamily buildings known as Park Place Apartments, located at 11919 Colerain Road, Saint Mary’s, Georgia. The purchase price was $19.8M and was financed by a loan given by Hunt Mortgage Capital, LLC in the amount $15.8M. The transaction involved the use of 1031 exchange funds by a number of the tenants in common entities.
