February 20, 2020 |On January 15, John Panagopoulos represented the lender, ERA Buildings LLC, for a loan amount of $2 million to the Purchaser of 1248, 1250 and 1252 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, NY.
On January 23, Ron Kornblum and Marie Landsman represented six tenant-in-common purchasing entities in the acquisition, and related IRS 1031 tax free exchange transactions, of a 144 unit apartment complex in Texas for a purchase price of $10 million. The purchase was financed by Keybank National Association for a loan amount of $7.4 million.
On January 22, Ron Kornblum and Marie Landsman represented four tenant-in-common purchasing entities, in the acquisition, and related IRS 1031 tax free exchange transactions, of an 84 unit apartment complex in Tennessee, for a purchase price of $6.9 million. The purchase was financed by Keybank National Association for a loan amount of $4.6 million.
