Heller Named to LI Press’ Real Estate Power Players List

In its inaugural year, the Real Estate Power Players list was compiled by the publishing team at Long Island Press, as well as through reader nominations.
“I am honored to have been included on this list,” said Heller, who is a partner in the firm’s Banking, Corporate, and Real Estate, Zoning & Land Use practice groups. “I have been representing real estate clients for more than 30 years, so this is especially gratifying.”
Heller works extensively with bank clients on complex commercial loans, including Industrial Development Agency and Small Business Administration matters, and with private clients in real estate development and corporate transactions. He has handled loan restructuring and workouts, foreclosures and deeds in lieu. He has been involved in sophisticated title insurance issues and litigation and has lectured extensively to business groups on emerging banking, real estate and corporate issues.
