Malerba Named an Influencer in Healthcare and Healthcare Law
July 27, 2026 |Benjamin Malerba, a partner at Rivkin Radler, has been named to the Long Island Business News 2026 Long Island Business Influencers: Healthcare & Healthcare Law list. The recognition highlights leaders shaping Long Island’s evolving healthcare landscape, including those helping organizations navigate the complex legal and regulatory issues facing the industry.
A co-chair of Rivkin Radler’s health services practice group, Ben advises a wide range of health care clients on mergers and acquisitions, complex business transactions, and regulatory matters. His clients include providers, payers, investors, management companies, medical and dental practices, health technology companies and nonprofit organizations seeking guidance on a variety of issues.
His practice also includes data breach and response, cybersecurity and data security, with a particular focus on security breaches related to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
