Rivkin Radler Welcomes Zangwill and Ehrlich

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, is pleased to announce that Matthew Zangwill has joined the firm as a Partner and Daniel Ehrlich has joined as Of Counsel.

Matthew Zangwill, of East Hills, NY, has joined the Real Estate Group, resident in the Long Island office. Matthew Zangwill’s practice centers on real estate transactions, including the acquisition, sale, development and financing of buildings, shopping centers, multi-family residential complexes, industrial facilities, self-storage facilities and retail sites throughout the country. An advocate for small business, Matthew serves as legal counsel for the Nassau Council of Chambers of Commerce, Inc. – the umbrella organization advocating for the interests of over 40 local Chambers of Commerce in Nassau County and their member businesses. From 2015 to 2020, Matthew has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star. In recognition of his contributions, he was acknowledged as member of the 40 Under 40 at the Long Island Business News, has been named to the Who’s Who in Real Property Law list and selected to Long Island Business News’ 2021 Power 25 Lawyer List. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Matthew was a Partner at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. in Uniondale, NY.

Daniel Ehrlich, of New York City, has joined the Real Estate Group, resident in the New York City office. Of counsel to Rivkin Radler, Daniel Ehrlich has practiced commercial and residential real estate law since 2005. He represents clients in purchase and sale, financing and leasing transactions. His clients include real estate investors, as well as retail business owners in the New York metropolitan area. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Daniel was a member at Eiseman Levine in New York City.
