Daniel takes a business-oriented approach to his practice by focusing on the potential economic benefits and repercussions of each transaction. He nurtures relationships with his clients and finds it rewarding to provide solutions to their legal issues.
Of counsel to Rivkin Radler, Daniel Ehrlich has practiced commercial and residential real estate law since 2005. He represents clients in purchase and sale, financing, and leasing transactions. His clients include real estate investors and retail business owners in the New York metropolitan area.
Daniel drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements. He also reviews and advises clients on due diligence.
His experience includes representing borrowers in sophisticated real estate finance transactions, including mezzanine financing and construction financing. He has represented landlords and tenants in sophisticated store, warehouse, and office leasing transactions. He has also drafted and negotiated commercial real estate leases (office, retail, and shopping center), subleases, loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, licensing agreements, tenant estoppels, subordination and non-disturbance agreements, brokerage agreements, and other real estate transaction documents.
He also holds a CPA license.
