- Jeffrey Greener and Michelle Peretz closed on a Manhattan co-op transaction with a purchase price of $1 million.
- Michelle Peretz and Scott Eisenmesser completed the transfer of a 493-piece ceramics collection worth over $4 million to the Wiener Museum of Decorative Arts, located in Florida.
