Strober Victorious
May 12, 2015 |Eric Strober, a partner in the Firm’s Medical Malpractice Defense Group, obtained a defense verdict after a three week podiatric malpractice trial in Rockland County NY. The plaintiff had alleged the overuse of steroids causing damage to one of the major tendons of the foot requiring extensive reconstructive and grafting surgery. The plaintiff also alleged lack of informed consent. The jury deliberated for a full day before rendering a verdict in favor of the client.
