Strober Obtains Defense Verdict

Eric Strober, a partner in the firm’s  Health Services and Litigation & Appeals practice groups, obtained a defense verdict in the trial of  Perez v. Greenberg in Westchester County after a four day jury trial in a case where summary judgment had already been granted against the defendant on the issue of liability.  The jury found that the plaintiff was not entitled to any damages as a result of a motor vehicle accident.  She had claimed injury to several discs in her back and a torn rotator cuff that required surgery.
