Rutkin Selected for FDCC’s Board of Directors
August 2, 2022 |Rivkin Radler Partner Alan S. Rutkin was chosen to join the Federation of Defense & Corporation Counsel’s (FDCC’s) Board of Directors. He will serve a one-year term.
“I have been a member of the FDCC since 2011, and I am very supportive of the organization’s mission,” Alan said. “I look to making a contribution through my service to the board.”
In 2018, Alan received the FDCC’s John Alan Appleman Award. The award recognizes the Substantive Law Section Chair who has made the most outstanding contribution to the advancement of the FDCC’s educational goals through the work of his or her Section.
