Greer Kuras is counsel in Rivkin Radler’s Real Estate and Commercial Litigation practice groups. For over 10 years, she has successfully represented individual and corporate clients in state, federal, and municipal courts throughout New York, Texas, and elsewhere.
Greer takes the time to understand her clients’ specific needs and goals so that she can provide them with tailored, strategic legal advice. In addition to her real estate litigation concentration, Greer has significant experience in construction litigation and transactions, commercial litigation, and product liability litigation. Additionally, Greer has robust pre-litigation dispute resolution experience, helping clients resolve disputes before they become lawsuits.
Originally from Houston, Texas, Greer attended Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart. She went on to obtain her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from The University of Notre Dame’s “Great Books” Program, and her J.D. from The University of Houston Law Center.
Importantly, Greer is a big fan of dogs, art, French, and New York City. Greer is also a proud member of the LGBTQIA2S+ community.
