Greer combines attentive listening and creative problem-solving to craft tailored strategies for each of her clients. Her knack for anticipating the opposition’s next move leads to favorable results.
Greer Kuras is counsel in Rivkin Radler’s Real Estate group. For over 10 years, she has represented individual and corporate clients in state, federal, and municipal courts throughout New York, Texas, and elsewhere.
Greer takes great care to understand her clients’ specific needs and goals so that she can provide them with strategic legal advice. In addition to her real estate expertise, she also has significant experience in commercial litigation and transactions, construction litigation and transactions, and product liability litigation. She also has robust pre-litigation dispute resolution experience, helping clients resolve disagreements before they become lawsuits, whenever possible.
Originally from Houston, TX, Greer attended Duchesne Academy of the Sacred. She went on to obtain her Bachelor of Arts from The University of Notre Dame’s “Great Books” Program, and her J.D. from The University of Houston Law Center.
Importantly, Greer is a big fan of dogs, art, French culture, and New York City. Greer is also a proud member of the LGBTQIA2S+ community.
