Rivkin Radler Welcomes 4 New Associates

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, is pleased to announce that Carissa Danesi, of Long Beach, NY, has joined the firm as an Associate in the Insurance Fraud Practice Group, resident in the Uniondale office.

Danesi helps insurers prosecute civil lawsuits under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, including affirmative actions to recover insurer claim payments to physicians, medical clinics, attorneys, public adjusters, and others involved in complex, large-scale insurance fraud schemes.

Prior to joining the firm, Danesi served as a Senior Assistant District Attorney in the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office Vehicular Crimes Bureau.

Danesi received her Juris Doctor degree from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.

 

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, is pleased to announce that Dylan Mruczinski, of Morristown, NJ, has joined the firm as an Associate in the Real Estate, Zoning & Land Use Practice Group, resident in the New Jersey office.

Mruczinski counsels and represents landlords and tenants in commercial transactions and litigation disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Mruczinski began his career as a transactional attorney at a boutique law firm representing commercial landlords for various real estate matters and preparing leasing and licensing documents, service contractor agreements, and other operational contracts for vendors and professional services firms.

Mruczinski received his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School.

Sarraf represents clients in estate and trust administration matters before the Surrogate’s Court.

Prior to joining the firm, Sarraf worked as an associate at a law office in Nassau County dedicated to elder law and estate planning.

Sarraf received her Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law.

Wolff received her Juris Doctor degree from George Mason University School of Law.
