An Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Real Estate, Zoning, & Land Use Practice Group, Dylan counsels and represents landlords and tenants in commercial transactions and litigation disputes. He assists in drafting entity formation documents, purchase and sale agreements, and completing various other property due diligence tasks on commercial real estate transactions.

Dylan has experience in helping commercial property refinances close and navigating lender loan documents to best suit client needs and capacity. In addition to representing buyers and sellers of commercial property, he is also skilled in representing landlords in division of civil rights matters and other property management-related issues that arise.

A key component of Rivkin Radler’s dental transactions team, Dylan is responsible for handling leases, subleases, assignments and dental office property purchases and sales.

Prior to joining the firm, Dylan began his career as a transactional attorney at a boutique law firm representing commercial landlords and preparing leasing and licensing documents, service contractor agreements, and other operational contracts for vendors and professional services firms. Before passing the bar, Dylan worked in the legal departments of a residential home builder and a mortgage loan subservicer, strengthening his skills in acquisition and disposition due diligence among other aspects of the real estate industry.

During his time at Rutgers Law School, Dylan was a member of the Honorable Morris Stern Bankruptcy Project as a Senior Pro Bono Associate and a Clinical Law Student within the Rutgers Community & Transactional Lawyering Clinic. He was also the Senior Articles Editor of the Rutgers Law Record and received his Certificate in Corporate and Business Law upon achieving his juris doctor.

Prior to law school, Dylan graduated from Rutgers Business School cum laude with High Department Honors and a double major in Finance and Sports Management. He was also a member of WRSU-Rutgers Student Radio as Sports Director during his time at undergrad and continues to do press box/internal public address duties for Rutgers Football home games.

Away from work, Dylan is likely to be spending time with his family and cooking delicious food on his outdoor smoker.
